做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
