做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山(shān )和(hé )薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油(yóu )六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
