做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
