做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
