做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
