做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
