做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
