做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
