做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
