做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
