做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
