做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
