做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
