做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材(cái )料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
