做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
