做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
