做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
