做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
