做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
