做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
