做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
