做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
