做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
