做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
