做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
