做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
