做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
