做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清(qīng )水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料(liào ),武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
