做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净(jìng )淮(huái )山和薏米。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
