做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
