做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
