做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
