做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗净(jìng )淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油(yóu ),待油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
