做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
