做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
