做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
