做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
