做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
