做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
