做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
