做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
