做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
