做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
