做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
