做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
