做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
