做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
