做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
