做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
