做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
